Mr C’s Sunday night Superfreq has established itself as the end-of-the-weekend night for Freqs in the know. A proper underground party in the centre of town with some of the finest house, techno and electro beats to round off your weekend.
Mr C – co-founder of The End, originator of Superfreq and resident DJ – is on hand to deliver superb chunks of driving, underground acid house and electro-tech. He’s joined by DJ duo Dollz at Play, whose punky, rocky electro sound and quirky individual look has won them a lot of well-deserved recognition in the last two years.
As if that wasn’t enough, Mr C handpicks a selection of top-notch underground guests to join the party. DJ’s who have played alongside Mr C and the Dollz include Phonique, Tim Sheridan, Erol Alkan, Scarlett Etienne, M.A.N.D.Y., John Tejada, and even the mighty Laurent Garnier. Mr C comments: “Guests are picked on the basis of their turntable skills and ability to rock the party – they represent the best of the UK’s underground talents along with many special friends and like-minded souls from Europe and further afield”
