Description
Offering up an exemplary cross section of leftfield bands, artists and DJ's
for the true music lovers' delectation, FIELD DAY is back for 2008 after it's
debut last summer, and proudly announces the very first confirms for this
summer's festival.
FIELD DAY will once again take up residence in East London's Victoria Park on
Saturday August 9th, to deliver an unparalleled festival experience in the
heart of The City. The very best of London's promoters and party-starters
will once again be joining forces to ensure the festival is bursting at the
seams with the very best of all things Leftfield (old and new).
Eat Your Own Ears, Adventures In The Beetroot Field, Bugged Out!, Homefires
and Bloggers Delight will each take charge of an individual stage, specially
selecting artists for each.
For a taster of what's in the pipeline for August 9th, tune into Channel 4
on Friday April 4th. Forever immortalised on film, FIELD DAY 2007 will air
as a 30-minute documentary at midnight.
