Hed Kandi returns to its spiritual home Pacha for
a summer carnival to celebrate the launch of The Mix: Summer 08.
THE KANDI CARNIVAL IS COMING TO PACHA
With the summer months hotting up Hed Kandi presents their most vibrant,
sun drenched party yet and with the release of The Mix: Summer 08 on the horizon
Pacha becomes the epi-centre of the summer party on the 28th June.
Bringing Rio to your door-step Hed Kandi transforms Pacha for one night only creating a full on summer fiesta. Revellers will be treated to carnival beads on entry and the walls will be adorned with garlands and jewels to make the night truly sparkle. Not failing to impress, the usual slice of Hed Kandi magic will keep proceedings alight with fabulous Mardi Gras Drag Queen, glamorous Carnival Dancers and the Kandi Stilt Walking Squad. Spinning the famous Kandi wheels of steel will be John Jones, Wez Clarke and Dean Rigg keeping the funk alive amidst the carnival spirit whilst the Lovely Laura on Sax and Pav on Percussion entertain the crowds.
