On Saturday 7th January, The Cross will play host to an unusual and rare event all in the name of charity. The Christmas period is tough on most of us and tougher on the many carers that give up their celebrations in aid of helping others. So in a welcomed display of togetherness clubland has decided to drop the politics and club together to raise money to provide some rest and respite for the kind souls who really deserve it. To this end the tables have been reversed and some of London’s top promoters have dusted off their copies of ‘Kajagoogoo’ and will be taking to the decks for one night only. The line up includes promoters from some if London’s most prestigious clubs including: The Cross, The End, Ministry of Sound, Turnmills, Pacha and The Egg. So the battle is on! While a few can DJ, most have honed their skills at afterparties, weddings, bar mitzvahs and birthday parties, so the result will be unpredictable but undoubtedly brilliant fun. So for this sound-clash, expect the “DJ’s” to be raiding their playlists as competition is fierce for the crown of the best DJ. Join us to watch some of London’s most legendary promoters don their DJ hats for your er….pleasure! Expect some unforgettable musical performances from the purveyors of London’s club scene! All proceeds will go to charity - to be announced on the night.
