Calling all students! Welcome to Manchester on behalf of Pure. Whether
you’re new to the city or returning for another year, you’re guaranteed to
have a great time. But while you’ve been away, Manchester has got (a lot)
bigger and better. You see, since you left, Pure has arrived, and its 80,
000 square feet of partying space, 2, 500 capacity, £300, 000 Funktion-One
sound system split over two cavernous rooms, and Manchester’s latest license
(bar open ‘til 5, club open ‘til 6) mean that the possibilities of clubbing
in the city have just expanded in a HUGE way. And so has the week’s clubbing
calendar. Ladies and gentlemen, we present the following for your
amusement:
Pure Sessions Presents: Galaxy Anthems. Our flagship night for the
serious clubber. Our residents (with collective experience in Manchester,
Ibiza, Japan, The Hacienda, Ministry Of Sound, and on air on Galaxy 102) use
their finely tuned tastes to bring you all the quintessential Dance anthems
you’ll need to last you through the weekend.
Galaxy Anthems. With Breakfast show DJ Irish Alan, Mark Mayhew and Carl Kennedy.
Dress code: Smart and stylish, sparkles and shiny shoes. No sportswear
