On Thursday 28th September you can catch some of the hottest names in the dance music industry at this years Ibiza DJ Awards which will be held at Pacha,
Over the years the DJ Awards have grown to become the most internationally acclaimed recognition of top DJs and those who have contributed to dance music. These talents are presented with a piece of “Kryptonite” to honour their work for dance music cultures around the world.
This year the awards have 9 different music genre categories and 10 other special awards. The prestigious “Kryptonite” awards go to a host of DJs from different musical genres. These awards are extremely important to the nominee as they are voted for by the public, votes can be made at www.djawards.com.
There will be some a very special guest performance during the awards ceremony, with the official after party continuing with the closing party from the F**k Me I’m Famous Crew featuring David Guetta and 2ManyDJs.

The 9th edition of the DJ Awards has taken its inspiration from the process of Nature. It is from Nature that the beginnings of music and dance came, with its elements, noises, colours and scents, these forms stimulated the senses creating our everyday sensations. So we are paying respect to Nature, since we comprised of her everything we give to her, we give back to ourselves.
