Since 2006 the event has grown and grown with over 200 acts and a host of intriacies have made the event the largest student led one night festival in the country. Now with the brand new completed Academy 1 building, they are set to bring you one long night of ear ringing, rib shaking and surrealism to keep you going till next time.

Pangaea is the UMSU end of exam event, including 12 different rooms of music and a variety of entertainment.

There will be indie, drum n bass, latino beats, hip hop, live acoustic, psy trance, folk, dub, electro...along with a all new cinema, stalls, the classic retro arcade and the (not so) secret garden.

There's gonna be entertainment all round and a few surprises in the 4,000 capacity venue of Manchester's Student Union.

Tickets are £18 and availble from UMSU ticket office, Gaffs and ticketline.co.uk and if you're lucky enough, you a get a free t-shirt! Woop de doop!
